Ezri's Background
Personal Profile
Ezri had grown up around leaders, individuals who led teams and dominated airtime across industries. When she attended Hamline University, she was the first declared leadership minor and continued to work on becoming the leader she wanted to be. She was certainly no stranger to change, but when it came time to graduate and move on from her leadership studies, she realized: so much of leadership is tied up in individual power and identity.
Although leadership roles may be transient, strong followership skills are essential for empowering teams and fostering enduring leadership styles. Ezri relied on her skills as a follower to successfully leverage new leadership opportunities. Now, Ezri works with leaders, teams, and anyone interested in learning about followership on changing their perspective of followers.
