Service Description

Often, young adults are asked to be exceptional--to pursue every opportunity and extracurricular--but they are rarely awarded the responsibility that might go with those achievements. Young adults might face barriers, ageism, and discrimination for their age and (current) lack of experience in their field or as a leader. This talk is comprised of the various situations I found myself in (i.e. a department head at a publishing company at 14, a project manager for a $2M project at 16, a president and CEO of a nonprofit at 18) and the problems I had to face as a young leader that needed to prove myself with authority I didn't have.
